- We are looking for real-time captioners with 3+ years of broadcast captioning experience who can reliably write a sustained 230 – 260 WPM with 98.5% or higher accuracy, and able to handle short bursts of up to 300 WPM with minimal paraphrasing.
- Audio/video monitoring and caption delivery will be all IP (Internet) based. We will provide some software that we require be installed on your captioning PC, but it will not be active when you are not writing for us.
- This will be contract work (1099), and we do not restrict our captioners from working for other agencies, providing you share your availability with us in advance.
- We will conduct technical and quality testing with applicants.
